The second week of the 2018/2019 Italian League was heated by two big games. Juventus will host Lazio, while Napoli are tested by AC Milan.
The second week of Serie A 2018/2019 was marked by matches between top teams. The last seven seasons champion, Juventus, will face Lazio at Allianz Stadium in this period.
Juventus itself began the season with less convincing. Juventus struggled to win three points against Chievo with a narrow 3-2 victory.
Left behind 1-2, Juventus equalized by an own goal and then locked the victory in injury time. While Lazio were even worse, they lost 1-2 to Napoli on home soil after leading first.
In addition to matches that have the potential to run tightly, one other thing to look forward to is Cristiano Ronaldo's contribution to Juventus. Ronaldo has not managed to make goals or assists in the first week ago. Will he be the differentiator in this game?
Elsewhere, Napoli this time will be tested by AC Milan. After defeating Lazio, Partenopei will undoubtedly want to maintain good momentum into the second week.
Meanwhile, the match at San Paolo at once will be a venue for Milan to measure themselves. Rossoneri as it is known cancel the match in the first week because of the collapse of the Morandi bridge. The match was postponed on 31 October.
This match was also the moment of Gonzalo Higuain's reunion with his former colleagues at Napoli. At the same time the new Milan striker had the opportunity to show his quality to his new club.
A match that is no less fierce is predicted to occur at the Olimpico, Rome, when AS Roma entertain Atalanta. Roma were forced to work hard by Torino in the first week, to pick up a narrow 1-0 victory.
While Atalanta started the season convincingly, after silencing Frosinone 4-0. Atalanta were temporarily leading the standings.
In the second week, Inter Milan will face a tricky game against Torino, which has successfully troubled Roma before. Inter started the season with a negative, after losing 1-0 to Sassuolo. This is Inter's opportunity to prove true quality
