The cutlets are tender and juicy, melting in the mouth. I advise to prepare more
â ď¸ Ingredients:

đ Fish Fillet-400 gr
â ď¸ I used pike perch fillet
đ Onions-1 pc
đ milk 1.5%-100 ml
đ Bread-1 slice
đ Greek Yogurt Natural-2nd. L.
â ď¸ can be replaced with sour cream
đ salt, spices-to taste

â ď¸ Cooking Process:
â â
1 ď¸ make minced fish fillet
â
2 ď¸ Trim the crust of the bread slice and soak the crumb in the milk
â
3 ď¸ Onion Grind â
4 ď¸ in the stuffing add onions, salt, spices, bread crumb (pre-bread to wring from excess milk). All carefully stir â
5 ď¸ form wet hands cutlets
â
6 ď¸ put the cutlets in a baking dish. Lubricate the cutlets with Greek yogurt/sour cream (for a ruddy crust)

7 ď¸ Fish cutlets Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees to full readiness
