French Champions Paris Saint Germaine yesterday fell to the sword at the hands of second place team Lille. The french champions were beaten a whooping 5-0 away from home as their hope of title celebration was further postponed. Had they won the match they would have already clinch the Ligue 1 title with seven match to spear.
Lille took the lead from an own goal from Thomas Meunier in the 7th minute before
Juan Bernat equalized in the 11th minuted. He was later shown a Red Card in the 36th minuted and that favored the host as they score four more goals through Nicolas Pepe, Jonathan Bamba, Gabriel Magalhaes and Jose Fonte. All came in on the 51st, 65th, 71st and 84th minute.
