RE: SPS Governance Proposal - Implement a Max Base Production Limit for Land Plots in Phase 1.5

in #spsproposal2 years ago

``The more players who participate in the land expansion, the more fun and competitive it will be overall, and the more likely it will be that some of them will seek out the older cards on the market in order to improve their production. That's why it is so important that the land economy is well balanced and can't be dominated by a small number of players.´´

i don't think they are serious about this. as this change will help big land owners be at less of a disadvantage with lots of cheap cards. as individual players who rely on quality can no longer have such an edge. so big land owners will no longer sell plots and the result is that less people will be able to participate in land.....

Sort:

Large land owners wont likely be able to get the most out of their lands and will likely sell or rent land that they cant get the most out of with the cards they have which will help the market and bring more people into land play.
At least this is the way i see it. We wont know for certain until land 1.5 actually happens.

exactly big land owners can not get the best out of their land. so i limit the other people with little land. so that the big land owners are not so far behind and in the end it is more worthwhile to have more plots with cheap cards than few but on quality with good cards. these changes plays into the cards of the giant land owners.

is a logical consequence. better conditions for big land owners = less reasons to sell or rent a property = less people can participate!
