This seems very positive to me. Let the community mobilize.
The company should do the same, so that all the effort does not fall only on the community. Stop the power down, plus do power up with the liquid Hive and swap those HBD's for HP. It would give a message of more commitment, as they have sold more than half of their Hive Power, almost 2 million.
@clayboyn this is important to take into consideration, on the one hand, very positive proposal, but on the other hand the power down does not stop and basically with this we support the community that creates content about the game, many times marketing with the challenges.
I have no control over the company and clearly they need money, I know Matt addressed it and it's apparently only for a certain amount of the tokens. They need HP for the game to function so I doubt it's going too low.
I cannot dictate what the company or Matt chooses to do with their stake. I know he addressed it and I think they're only powering down a certain amount. Clearly they're in a tight spot or they wouldn't be asking for funding. They also have to maintain some HP to run the game, so I doubt it's going too low.
I want to mention HBD instead of HIVE because Splinterlands may need some liquidity to run the project. Let put HBD in saving to get 20% of APR and if the team needs $, it can be withdrawn within 3 days
