Has the company been well vetted

1. What country do they operate from?
2. Who owns it? Are they legit?
3. Any conflict of interest with large SPS holders?
4. How long have they been in business?
5. Who else is using them and for how long?
6. Have we sought references from their current clients?
7. Are they our only option?

It is a yes from me I just hope the DAO has done its due diligence.
