I had been busy with work yesterday and didn't post anything. I thought It would be okay since I still had about 60% RC but later when I checked it was now 100% because a delegation had been removed.
I'm still happy to see that with my own HP I was able to recover about 2m RC a day. That means I can post twice a day since posting uses a little over 1m.
I don't think I'll be making a lot of Hive from blogging. It's really amazing how a travel blog post with less than a thousand words with pictures can make 200-300 Hive easily, and all within the same day of posting. There must be a lot of people interested in the subject then.
I don't get many views on my posts and only get like 2-3 cents worth of Hive every post. That's fine as my content isn't really interesting and isn't tailored for any reader. I'm just writing down my experience and thoughts.
It doesn't seem like I obtain any sizable amount of Hive by just posting. Even if I post a lot it wouldn't make a difference. But at least I'm getting some Hive to use in Splinterlands so I'll try to post as much as I can.
Now I know I can try to make content that's making a lot of Hive just to chase the $$$. But I don't know anything about those subjects and I have no interest in them. I write what I know and feel like writing about. I'll write what I want to write even if it doesn't give me much Hive.
For my daily chest, I got... an alchemy potion! Haha, still waiting for the day I get a legendary card.
I noticed that even with a really low ECR at 30% it's still possible to get like 0.2 DEC even though before when I had 70-80 I barely made 0.1 DEC on wins. So ECR really isn't the whole picture then. I'm glad that's the case as I only play on one account and plan to play a lot. Potentially until my ECR goes to zero. It would be nice if I got to silver and get 1 DEC or more per win though.
I've been using three cards in Bronze III. Djinn Biljka, Grund, and Queen Mycelia. When I get a winning streak going I get a lot of ratings. Unfortunately, I can't always win. I'm still struggling to get into Bronze I's rating threshold. It didn't help that I wasn't able to play much yesterday.
Excited to see how the general sale affects the card prices and the rest of the game. It personally won't affect my collection though, as I won't have any money to invest in buying cards. Opening that one pack and not getting anything good still stings.
The odds feel worse than Gacha games. At least Gachas had higher rates.
