From my understanding you first need to own 10 staked(I think) !BEER. Once you have at least 10 staked you'll be able to hand out 0.1 !BEER for every 6 Staked. Currently I see you have 6 staked and 0.10 not staked.
Although @beerlover replied saying something different so I may be wrong.

Well, what @beerlover wrote is a bit deceiving, as that implies that 6 staked beer tokens should be enough to invite someone for a beer once a day. But anywho, there's only one way to find out: I'll head over to SteemEngine right now to buy the beer I need, and I'll try it out on you to see if it works. (I hope you appreciate receiving a good brew as much as you enjoy giving it out.)
The metrics for giving out !BEER changed a few times due to the abuse of the (f)airdrop. I go by the info in that graph I posted with the only difference being 0.10 of beer gets given out instead of 1 and needing 10 Staked instead of 6.
I do enjoy a good !BEER.
