I used CL, as I don't have all those virtual cards and 25k is about a large as I can realistically get for any one land. That will be of course be going to the Keep, but I have a wodge of others ready.
It's been a hassle moving stuff around in preparation, but I'm almost there. I dumped a couple of CL Fire GF's as I have only 4 Fire lands, and they share with Dragon for the 10% bonus.
When this goes live, expect a lot of complaints about 'money-pit'. It's gonna happen!
I bought buildings in a box and time crystals for every plot one of those gave me 1.5M Grain too, so I'm set. However I still did buy these things, although at least for DEC-B and probably half the price what it would cost now, so that's not too bad!
But yeah it's awful if you weren't ahead of the curve! Probably some money to be made dumping Grain into that LP for the first week or so!
If I can skim a few hundred squid before the end of 2024, I'll be happy with that!
Then I guess most of the rest will have to be ploughed back in.
Even then I imagine this situation of 'diminishing productive plots' where you have to pile more and more resources in to keep fewer and fewer plots going!
I don't know, we will see. SPL want this to last 'forever'. Can you imagine the cost of a Level 10 building? 3 Billion Grain, 10 Million Rocks, 2000 Slaves to build it. All for the the future.
I hear you.
And hear this...
This is when I start skimming to TAKE OUT!
I MIGHT, and that's a big MIGHT play with 20 plots, as in look to level those, but 80% basically going at some point!
It's been a while since I looked at the prices for Alien Worlds. If Pretoria can get close to even the cheapest lands, then it's time to jettison some. These were $8000 each once (the cheapest).
Sweet Bejeesus, I'd take $100!
