I have never been able to live in the future ... the distant past appeals more because I love history, but I can't live there either, so I console myself by saying we are building tomorrow today!
Don't search around Amazon -- here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z29RHXD
And, as I found out from @wakeupkitty, our friends in the Germanic part of the world might find this one more usable: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07Z29RHXD
You can forget about that too. Amazon likes to make it as difficult as possible. And once at the Dutch site the message is I have to go to the home page and at the homepage they say amazon.nl is just shopping using the dutch language on amazon.de and no book.
I finally found and bought it but have nothing yet. I need the app to read it. If I click the link to download it I receive the message the link does not work on amazon.nl which is amaxon.de etc.
I have big doubts I will ever read it but you finally sold one.
Searching for your name brought me nothing but on its title did.
Happy Sunday. 💕
I'm sorry that was such a messy experience ... can you receive a Google Doc? I will find a way to get you a copy you can enjoy!
I am working on that download of the kindle thing I need. I will figure it out just takes a bit longer. It is not your fault but Amazon fooling us. Wonder why this one is so hard. I ordered a book written by Steemians earlier and that worked. Perhaps because it was published a bit longer ago?

It could be the time elapsed; when I talked with customer service they did say it takes a while to populate ... stuff they never tell you up front, because had I known all that I would have given a PRACTICAL launch date for the international audience here...
Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! So glad it worked out at last! Enjoy the read (and, if you have time, leave an honest review)!
