Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful islands of the world. It is known as the "Pearl of the Indian ocean". Geographically Sri Lanka can be divided in to three zones. They are dry zone, wet zone and arid zone. It is very hot in dry zone and average rainfall is low. It gets rains North West monsoons. In the wet zone average rainfall is comparatively very high. In the arid zone , it is extremely hot and annual rainfall is the least and it is very difficult to live in those areas. I will bring more details about Sri Lanka in my next post.
