They already have a deposit and ripped out the old steps so I think I am pretty trapped.
However, I am feeling more positive after a long convo with the team last night. Turns out the guy i hired subbed the whole job to a different company! But the subs came over with a supervisor last night and we went over EVERYTHING. I am hoping this sorts it all out.
