On this visit I bought "Bu Masak Puteh" or rice with white ripe meat. The price of one portion is IDR 25,000. The color of this dish is white because the spices used are all white, such as: coconut milk, garlic, pecans, pepper and cardamom. And I'm in love with this cuisine, because I am a lover of traditional cuisine. the meat used is beef so it is safe to be consumed by everyone. it feels very good because the meat is cooked to tender, and I spend it myself.
Now it is fitting we still maintain the culture and traditional cuisine, because by keeping it means we save the local wisdom of a region. And that is our love for traditional cuisine
