INFLUENCE is the power to control or manipulate something or someone.
Influence can be positive or negative. The person that influence you can change the way you behave or act and how you interact with your environs.
What determines what influence you or how you influence things or people is Who You Are.
The inherent ability and person in you determines a lot about you...

Be straight forward
Let people know the real you and not camouflaging your behavior.
