Community of @steemit, I want you to know that the wax in the ears has a reason for being. This wax serves as an antibacterial, antifungal, hygienic and lubricant.

The ear wax of people is known in medicine with the correct name of sulfuric acid, it consists of a sticky and shiny material formed by several special glands, which we find in the skin of the external auditory canal. In particular, it is a yellowish fatty substance that is secreted by several glands present in the external auditory canal.

Although many believe it is an unhygienic substance, the truth is that it performs some important functions. On the one hand, it contains a series of chemical products that help fight infections that can damage the skin inside the ear canal.

On the other hand, when dirt (in addition to bacteria and fungi), dust and other unhealthy elements are introduced into the ear, the wax is able to trap them, so they can not move. In other words, the wax, in turn, serves as a shield, mainly between the outside world and our thin eardrum, which is a membrane made of thin, tense tissue located in the middle ear. That vibrates when receiving sounds and happens to take them to the inner ear.

Taking into account the basic functions of our wax or sulfur, it is clear why our own ear makes it stand out in a completely normal and completely natural way. In fact, it is a fundamental substance to maintain adequate and adequate hearing health.

Thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal effects, wax helps prevent the appearance of ear infections very effectively. Although due to its hygienic and lubricating action, it helps to eliminate dirt, cleans the ear and prevents it from cracking and drying its delicate skin.

However, we must remember that most of the time we do not need to do almost anything to remove the wax from our ears, since it usually disappears naturally every time we wash our hair or hair. The production of ears with sulfur depends on one person to another.

And if you want to remove excess wax, remember that earplugs are not suitable, especially if you are going to use them inside, as they can damage them and put more wax inside.

Friend, if you tend to use headphones to listen to your favorite music, TV shows or movies, you should know that it is not recommended that you share it with another person, this is a bad habit, because, by sharing your headphones, you also share the microbial flora available in the wax of your ears and in turn, fungi and bacteria.

I might be using toothpicks to clean out my ears too often. Also, I'm listening to things withe ear buds, as in ear phones. So, if my bacteria goes into the ears of other people, will those people be not immune to those bacteria, as in not compatible? I guess it could be problem. I may try to not clean my ears too often, too much.
