Is your cyber-stalker is working with other cyber-stalkers?
THREE MALICIOUS CYBERBULLIES IN BED TOGETHER....The one on the left, Rebel Rebel or Supernoodles on Youtube is a gossip artist, spam artist, video flagger, and all around cyber-stalker.
The middle one is known as "Tim Osman" is a drug dealer who has spent the last fours years harrasing, stalking, and harranguing free-thinkers. He has "sniped" hundreds of livestreams with pornographic content in order to prevent open dialogue.
The little guy on the right, David Quintana, has spent four years spamming chatrooms with PERVERTED terms like "CUM TEETH" and worse in order to keep Youtube livestreams unfriendly for family audiences, and making it easier to subject Youtube channels to restrictions by abusing the video flagging feature.
None of them have been sued yet, but all three ought to be. I consider their crimes, which are a matter of public record, evidence enough to lock the three of them up or at least open them up to civil suits from their hundreds of victims. If you're dealing with gang-stalkers, it is critical that you determine who is working together and to establish that there is a pattern of abuse.
Stalker gangs, in my opinion, are sloppy. Members of these groups feel empowered and untouchable, which makes them reckless.

When people start putting time and effort into their channels like it's a full time job and that channel starts producing profits, it essentially becomes a job. It shouldn't be that easy to mess with someone's livelihood. If you are going to have the controls in place to maintain community standards then there should also be controls for people who abuse the system.
The one on the left looks like someone who would try to sue you if you referred to it as a specific gender. Still not sure what to make of you IPS, but I do know you don't deserve what these absolute fucking losers are doing.
