Product/ Market Fit Rule

Have a hard time figuring out whether your Product is at Before or After Market Fit Stage?
Apply the simple Rules to find out:

• Are you having a hard time keeping up with the demand for your product/ service?
• Is money piling up in your bank account?
• Are you hiring people as fast as you can, without worrying about budget/ payroll forecast?
• Are reporters constantly calling you for interviews (established blogs/ magazines and not newbie/ paid media)?
• Are you eating for free at Starbuck’s?

If answer to all of the above questions, are yes, then congratulations your product/ service has achieved a Product/ Market Fit status.

Note: Point 4&5 has case to case basis interpretation and applicability.
