Hi Steem community! I'm excited about joining the community and wanted to let you know a bit about me.
I'm an entrepreneur, creative producer, filmmaker, Fellow of Berlinale and Sundance. I've created film since I was a teenager and build businesses when I'm not producing or directing. Like many in the new digital era, I received my MBA online.
I'm an NGO consultant and have some health care, CSEC and domestic human trafficking experience. For the past 10 years, I've served in various positions within sex trafficking NGO's engaged in the fight against underage sex trafficking.
The first feature film I co-produced was the 2013 feature film This Is Martin Bonner that premiered at Sundance and won the Film Independent John Cassavetes award in 2014. I also produced the feature MA, which premiered at the 2015 Venice Film Festival. MA received the Breakthrough Audience Award at AFI and the Independent Vision award at the Sarasota Film Festival. My short format work includes the film Marathon and the Icelandic co-production Ungar (Cubs), and a documentary called Teeth that is being edited currently.
I'm the founder of Wonder Street, a feature film production company & Wellpage, a collaboration strategy and media-centric, marketing management brand.
