A thought process leads to an idea. The idea leads to planning. Planning leads to action. Action leads to development. And development leads to a product. That in general is a well refined process. And if that product was achieved by a group of people who contributed to the process, it calls for a startup.

The startup world in general is seen to be enticing, exciting and sometimes even rewarding. In those sometimes when a startup is successful, it kick starts the evolution of a company and an ethos surrounding it. And yet again sometimes these companies prove to be successful in the long run. That’s where the shape shift of the company begins, when it tends to grow into a larger organization.

That is where most people working for startup companies miss the point. The value of the mega organizations & the essence of the big corporates. The point to note here is the core strength of a well organized corporate governance that retains the power of thriving on it’s own with no reliance on any particular individual. Thats where the evolution of an wholesome consciousness of a firm takes place. And this consciousness then on drives every individual part of the firm.

It becomes extremely important for one to understand that a brand essentially resonates nothing but the ethos or the consciousness that results from the evolution of the organization. And without that consciousness of an organization and the aura that resonates out of it there doesn't exist any reputation and without a reputation there isn't any brand. The whole point of brand value revolves around the belief of a particular company’s value add and the trust of it’s delivery to it’s consumers. And that value add & delivery can happen consistently only if there exists a strong consciousness of the organization.

Success acts as a bridge between a startup & a corporate. And it stands true for any startup. It’s the fact that every individual working for a startup must and should realize in order to actually grow on a much larger scale and not confine to the size of their limited mindset. Yes, the startups have all the necessary cool quotient in them, but it’s actually uncool not to realize the value of an organizational consciousness that goes above and beyond an individual’s contribution and the power of serving in the best interests of the firm thereby making lasting impact and provide greater service to the world we are part of.

Successful startups make it as good entrants to market. But in-order to emerge as great players in the long run and sustain as a powerful body scaling up stands fundamental and scaling with stability becomes existential as unsustainable growth for any reason brews outright failure as an eventuality. An individual in this phase enters a curve where letting go of his/her entitlement and taking up a whole new level of personal evolution while contributing to the evolution of the organization and it’s consciousness becomes almost a sacred journey.

A startup always strives to prove it’s point in order to be successful. Whereas an organization always beats to the pulse of economy and serving it for a greater world. And it becomes extremely essential for every individual working for a startup and trying to prove his/her mettle to go through that metamorphosis and develop that greater consciousness of the brand or purpose or organization they are working for & that can essentially kick start an exponential personal evolution while also contributing to the greater good & growth of the organization.
