Has to do with the shortened power down schedule and when it was implemented. If you started to power down when it was reduced your final payout would be the middle of next month.

I personally do not think their power downs would effect the market much, one would hope they had investors to sell to.
Ah yes, makes sense to me. I wonder though, will @ned and @dantheman start powering down again? They said they would wait out the first 3 months, if I recall.
