If you are thinking of trying out web development, you should. The other post I mentioned has some info about making updates to the Steemit website, and submitting them via pull requests. Maybe you could be the one to add the new tip button 😀
Cool. I don't expect it all immediately. There's lots of ways the site can go. I think it needs to be a little more user friendly to encourage newcomers. Some of the features are a bit cryptic. Certainly seems to be plenty of people wanting to work on it. I am a developer, but not on web stuff. I'm looking to get into that
