      Thanks @agmoore! :D The characters hearken from very different types of games, but both are renowned for attacking with their tongues. I thought it woud be funny to draw them fighting. At least I think they're fighting. :/

      Bonus trivia: Yoshi, in addition to snaring prey with his tongue, also poops out hollow eggs to fling at enemies. Because video games.

      Thanks for checking out the post! Thanks also for the literary recommendations in your essay. I had trouble tracking down a free english translation of Niebla online, think I may have to visit an actual library to find that, but I did mange to find one for The Tragic Sense of Life. It looks interesting! A lot of it will probably sail over my head, but I'm looking forward to reading it. :)
