Discussion : How Do You Improve Colouring?
Choosing colours take a lot of skill and understanding. I respect any artist who are able to successfully understand and choose colours for their art right off the bat.
When I choose colours, everything looks muddy and... inbalanced. Just like this kitten stuck in a tissue box, I lack the understanding of how to get of this inferior colouring box...
On another note, this kitten picture my friend sent me is really cute. All it needs is a little push and PLOOP! It'll go tumbling out of the box and doing kitten things as usual. ^w^ I dont know why, but watching small animals struggle with simple things is really cute.
cat looking so scare
cate is a scare
choosing a colour is like choosing a character. It's a defining factor in a piece to me. How vibrant it is, the emotion in the colour. Truly fascinating stuff!
nice drowing
nice post
really gorgeous one
I always feel that there is not enough color in this world. I always look at the colors as RGB and the mix. So only 3 colors. If you count in-between them, it will be about 7 colors total. The rest is gradient colors.
Don't be sad... We need to always mix. Never leave the color as plain. Look around us. There is no natural object that has only one color. Right? Trees, for example, is not just green.
But be careful ... if you mix it too much it will become 'taik' 😜
btw.. nice drawing. so cute
