The Land Before Steemit

There was a time, not too long ago where the world was populated by lizards that walk like chicken. Yes, they walk on two legs. Not all, but some walk like chicken. But that is besides the point. The point is this, there was no internet connection and no blockchain technology. These lizards has no way to express themselves. They can't blog. They don't know what blogging is. They run around the whole day aimlessly and they look bored. If you have not seen how bored dinosaurs look like, this is a visual for your viewing pleasure.

Just like humans, there are smart lizards, fat lizards, short lizards, lizards with little hands that cannot reach their mouth and lizards that talk too much. One particular type of lizard is better known as the Usain Bolt of the dino world and they are called Spinosaurus. If Ferrari was created during this era, the logo of a horse would be replaced with the silluette of a Spinosaurus.

These lizards have nothing to do, and to kill their boredom, they would release a honey bee and chase after it. During casting of Jurassic Park, they were not given any role to play because the Velociraptors are slightly a bit more photogenic.

Then there is a type of dinosaur that looks like a charactor from Star Wars. If you remember, Jar Jar Binks. These creatures are called Parasurolophus. They get teased a lot by other lizards because of their elongated head. Their head looks like those from the Aliens. These lizards are a constant victim of bullying amongst the dinosaur community.

Moral of the Story

Like all stories, there is a moral to it. Before there was steemit, the world was barbaric. There was a lack of culture and self respect. Lizards make fun of each other and they run aimlessly chasing honey bees. For that reason, we must be blessed to have steemit in our life. Today we are more blessed because Steem Dollar is giving us better value than the greenbacks.
