Now that I finally have some SBD in my account I wish to convert them to SP. When I click on the little arrow I don't see any way to do this directly. It seems I must convert to Steem Tokens and then convert my tokens to Steem Power. But, when I attempt to convert my $1.50 of SBD into tokens I get the following message:

Is it really better to use the market or just go ahead and wait the 3.5 days?
Where do we find this INTERNAL MARKET?
When I click the link for 'Market' I see a page with graphs and all sorts of confusing stuff on it. Is that what we need to use to convert our SBD to Steem Power? It looks complicated.
