All this will pass except for your back. If your lower back hurts this will help, sleep with a rolled up towel under the arch of your back and a pillow between your legs if you like to sleep on your side. Also walk a couple miles a day. Walking helps release tension and cleans out our body through the lymphatic system. Sitting all day really flattens out our backs arch which helps place our upper body weight evenly throughout our back. If we lose that arch we get sciatica and bulging disks in the lower lumbar region. There are yoga moves that help with regain our arch and building core muscles as well. Just do a search on the net, tons of information out there.

I actually started doing that! It is my upper back however...Being hunched over on my laptop...I started standing when I work to! I know every trick in the book its actually getting alot better! I keep my head over my shoulders all the time i now! Thanks for the comment and concern!!
