it might be that in another 6 to 12 months, the steem power has diluted enough, so the results are no longer skewed, but right now they unfortunately are skewed!
it's fine at the top, but the middle is basically non-existing, while there's a slaughter going on at the bottom of the steemit ocean ... it's sad to see
if in the next 2-3 months the problem persists ... a 1 time intervention might be needed by compiling a list of 10.000 regular users and upvote their introduction post
I'm not saying you should reward crappy authors or spammers and the likes, I'm saying the whales should put some effort into this and compile a list of 10.000 regular users and simply do it fast; a lot of votes per day, so nobody gets too much either ... just enough to keep the bottom alive; they're dying down there, you guys need to do something!
