I think that the redfishes we know already became some minnows @wolfhart 😉 and the minnows are better than redfishes when commenting and posting, you know ..due to the rc problems, though the steem orice is right at the price where people could start a little investment, but I think some of them are afraid of the unpredicted future of steemit too.
While many of the steemut users still put their attention on getting more upvotes to grow but still none from the dolphins or orcas even the whales upvoted theirs. Lucky that I have some SBI and minnowshares ... so I don't put my attention on the payouts anymore, but engagement is teally tough when you know which posts is worth to upvote and comment on😊
People need to build there community, friends and engagement.
