Material:
250 ml of liquid milk
100 gr butter
25 gr margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
125 g medium protein flour
4 eggs
Filling:
200 ml whipping cream liquid, shake stiff, add 1 sachet sweetened condensed milk, mix well with spatula.
Topping:
Dark Cooking Chocolate to taste, melt by way of steam.

How to make:
- Warm up the liquid milk, butter, margarine, sugar, salt, with a small fire while stirring until the butter melts. Turn off the fire.
- Enter the flour, stirring until blended. Light a small fire, stir again until the dough is smooth. Lift and let warm.
- Move to the container, insert eggs one by one while dimixer dngn medium speed until blended.
- Put the dough in a piping bag that is given a syringe. Spray on a thinly baked sheet of margarine.
- Oven with temperature 200'C for 30 minutes until cooked, marked dngn no more margarine froth. Do not open the oven until the eclairs mature. Adjust the temperature of the old n baked with oven condition msg2 yes.
- Slth ripe cool in the cooling rack. Take 2 pcs then cup, middle give filling. Then top it dipped into dcc melts n sprinkle 👌
