Yes they are popular months even though the new account figures don't match many of the following months, especially, late 2017/early 2018.
Seems to tie in with the original statement, and votes steadily fading for the newer accounts :)

I think when the votes were cast would help, too.
I certainly need to seek more newbs, i dont manually vote posts with more the 1 or 2stu, normally.
