People need to learn the difference between relative and absolute poverty. If you can afford to use the luxury of the Internet, you probably aren't faced with absolute poverty. It doesn't mean you don't require more money, most people do. It means that government and community programs are responsible, not the random Internet world.

Very true. I've basically been on both sides of the fence, so to speak, so I know how difficult it can be to get any form of help from governments or whatever... But in general, it's the mindset of the people that has to change.
They can't beg for help for the rest of their lives. They might get help today, but they need to come up with a solid solution for the future.
