I was talking about Reputation going up..

these numbers right beside our name.. I have marked them with red circles..

Yes. I know about the reputation but not sure about the term "levelling up"
My reputation is: 59.316

I understand the greater the rep and the more SP the greater my vote is worth.

Does something happen when you reach 60?

levelling up is just an informal term I used to refer that reputation and SP is going up..
