Now you can have 2 steem invested again ;)OK, I found the bug :) First, you have not received confirmation for your investment which means there was a problem with steem node at the moment of your investment. Because @tipU couldn't send confirmation, he tried again but that meant registering the investment once again. At least thats what it looks like.
