nobody wakes up in the morning by saying, i really hope to make another 3% growth in the EBITDA of this company.
I too often get caught up in conversations with people that want me to walk with them on some projects, but quickly start talking about the money, the numbers.
I'm not saying that finance is not important in a business.
The Finance , the Market and the Product are the 3 major parts a business must master to be healthy. Finance is then really important when building a business, but numbers are not what excites people.
Vision excites people . when presenting a business idea , to gather people, you must learn to tell a story, to share a vision .
Numbers must be used only to show how you are going to make this vision come true.
Vision excites people, not numbers....
