Good post, I do struggle with anxiety for last one year and something in a really funny sense, I have found that more pressure I put on my self, then more I stress, fear and feel anxious. Funny enough it is after I stopped smoking cigarettes and started to do more healthy lifestyle.
The point I am trying to make is that even if we are in constant competition (with your self mainly), we need to chill out and have a space for calmness in our minds, bodies and speech.
