Exactly man, or it can be Your safety valve, to release some steem ;>
I'm fairly new to steemit.. can't wait to be a whale like the others too
Steemit is not just about quality content, but mostly attractiveness and fun. Steemit was not meant to be a scientific encyclopedia.
Massive profits to you, too, Bernie.
I do find myself wishing someone with tech savvy would pick up and revitalize the defunct chainbb front end... sometimes I just miss the old message board format.
chainbb was so much better for a lot of things.
I am glad you are able to speak your mind on steemit.
It will be awesome when all are able to speak and be heard.
To bad that most of the free speech folks do not understand what free speech is.
One day we all may have to answer for what we post on steemit.
It is on a permanent blockchain.
I wonder how many consider the the world is changing rapidly.
And what we say today may become quite a crime tomorrow.
Be free folks but better yet be free and smart!
that's a bit of wisdom.
The #punchline tag is solid for short jokes so check out some of the jesters there. I know you already endorse comedyopenmic (thanks for that), but plenty of talented starving jokesters who'd love to feel the lash of your backhanded sarcasm and give it right back. For example, I'm sure you always "sell high".
Upvoting for visibility.
Working on that last bit. crypto4lyfe yo.
Thats right

As long as there are transactions to fill the blocks. It is a damned shame when the price goes down people stop posting. Keep posting! Stake more SP!
I am a fan of individuals who post on the regular it lets me know there are still people out there who find value in whatever they post.
Except plagiarists, they can die in a fire.
So many bots making steem useless...hard to find real users. lol
Spot on, they are the locust of steemit.
I'm stuck writing novels, but it still doesn't pay well. Bidbots present a nice illusion, but now I'm out of money for that sort of thing.
But why not check out my latest story I've written? Maybe you'll like it, and I'll get a proper upvote for once.
Hi berniesanders - While I agree with you to a point, don't you think that having whales with massive Steem Power can be problematic? Would you agree that they have the power to dictate what's allowed to be seen? Sure, we can post whatever we want, but a whale can flag our post to oblivion. Is Steem really what 'we' make it or just what 'the whales' make it? What are your thoughts on this?
Barely any of the "whales" participate at this point outside of selling votes. I don't see it being a major problem.
You seem to be the only whale I have ever seen posting regularly like this. Also I imagine that if someone was getting destroyed by downvotes for saying stuff that is important or controversial it would likely just cause a flag war right?
Haha, oooh fuck. it just remind me a not so good video of a great legendary man: mr.Weebles, a "rescue whale" now, You say we can have a "censor whale" or "commie whale" ? (no offence bernie :O ;D)
is that really the math? only 5% difference? - if it is that is just crazy....
Nobody can prevent any other post from being seen, no matter how much SP they have. Flagging doesn't send a post "to oblivion"; every flagged post is still entirely visible for anyone who wishes to look at it.
True talk steemit is not just posting just posting article one can be also creative in the platform. Thanks for sharing this little piece of word to us @berniesanders
Very True, one such beautiful evening I clicked

One upload at a time. I'll be rich one day, one day soon, I'll be rich.
But the problem is that we cant determine when that 1 day will come
Steemit has everything we need now. You can use Steepshot to share photos, use Actifit to be fit and get rewarded. Zappl for short posts or quotes. Etc.... There are many possibilities to be active and earn everyday. Important that everyone of us stays active and work on the growth of his profile. And lets not downvote, but upvote, upvote and upvote :)
Thanks. I will try zappl and actifit. Well, i am using dmania, not steepshot.
Thanks @berniesanders
Seriously, I was in need of motivation !
WE are fucking free to do what ever we want to do on this fucking platform. That is why i love it.
Steemit is a great communication. It wanna understand to know the world. There are some angel like you who give upvote poor steemian like me.You wanna make steemit funny. And this wanna profitable communication.I know you wanna upvote me.Thanks for ask us sir @berniesanders.
Are you drunk @mr.sanders?
=)
@sanders, i fully agree with you man but all of us are here to earn money. People are posting 1 lakh articles daily on steemit. I am jobless since 28 th july 2017, since preparing for govt. job day in and day out, but because of cut throat competition i am still unsuccessful. T
Steemit is a great hope for people like me. We are trying to provide as good as content to steemit to be successful quickly. But the strange thing i have observed is that some crap posts are making decent money and some excellent posts are going unnoticed. I am unable to figure out what to do???
Thanks for saying that. It seems Steemit is a miloion different things to a million different people and all of them are right. Thanks for supporting the tiddlers

True! Thanks and following you. Happy Monday.
That's true, there's an audience for every category!
Awwnn bernie this is fucking right ✌️✌️
This is very true but does that include repetition of contents like some users do?
Thanks bernie, the same to you 👍
Yes that true, total freedom to express oneself through a post and only the reader decides if a good content or not.
Absolutely agree. Enjoy & Have fun!
But the thing is we must have the Steem Power to do so!
Exactly true ,100% agree with you but love more fun with you, thanks.
Yup!
And this is why you shouldfollow my shitposts bernie sandcastle
You are absolutely right. Everyone has a niche that he enjoys and have fun. And thats the aim! 😁

I hope day cool there :)
Here in Estonia was warm day :)
Yes, you've done a great job illustrating this. And created tons and tons of interaction in the process - which is exactly what a "social network" should have to be considered a success.
You are wishing me profit but how will I get profit? Powerful whales don't upvote my posts. My efforts are not yielding any profit to me in proportion to my hard work.
Wonderful post and such a fantastic information that you gave to us. Thank you so much for it. You made a good site and also you sharing the best information on this topic. I am impressed with your blog. Thank you
Yeah I think the same,
So many people think every post has to be like 500-600 word article of the most interesting things in world.
Interest always comes from information, Not 500-600 words...
Interest could come from 0 Words aswell, but people don't understand that even 1 picture posts could be considered as good content.
Exactly. I post what I want, and enjoy the few cents I get without complaint!
I still dont get any good votes feelsbad.jpg
I heard about #steemit 5 months ago; then I started searching about it & found it quite profitable if I do post quality blogs but when I learn the mechanism of #steemit that how we can earn, I found it quite difficult because getting whales upvotes is like asking money from enemy & using bots is not long term strategy. It is my opinion, peoples opinion can be changed.
Now I am using steemit for sharing my limited knowledge, I left earning on steemit If I earn so well & good If I don't I would'nt get disappointed.
I like to think of steemit as a combination of reddit, twitter, bloggr and Instagram. And you get paid for it.
But unlike other social networks, you can't post more than 3 times a day, right? And you have to space your posts like 3-4 hours apart?
I wish you massive profits too. Massive profits are good but I would be more satisfied if my posts were even seen more and I had more genuine comments.
I mean, you CAN do that...I suppose really it all comes down what people like, but we need a diversity of content to keep people coming back. If everything ends up being shallow, or just a semi-nice picture with no story behind it, this site will be very small and niche, and never really get anywhere. The high effort posts are important.
Well said. Truer words have nary been spoken, matey.
Thank you... I wish me massive profits too 😁 and everyone else of course!
I try to post 2-4 posts a day. Most of them go into some type of challenge or contest. Photos posts are short, ulogs are long. Others are in between. I have people who upvote my posts with their autovoters and if I don't post, I don't get the votes.
I often find that a short post I threw together quickly will get more interest in the comments than one I worked on for a long time. The photos I hesitate to post sometimes get tons of interest.
And then I do a lot of commenting like this, in places that interest me, and places that I might get upvotes for my comments. So I appreciate your short posts when I see them :)
