I've heard about it a lot tho, especially from minnows (first time from someone with 100k SP).
Are you possibly pointing to a node that doesn’t have the 19.2 patch?
Seems to be better now once I switched actually.
19.1 (and all the versions before) had an overflow bug in the bandwidth calculation that was causing it to report negative bandwidth under certain situations when it wasn’t actually used up. 19.2 contained the fix for that. With the amount of SP you have, you should definitely not be running into bandwidth limitations - assuming you are pointed at a node with 19.2.

This is actually a big problem that needs to be solved. Somehow I just feel @ned isn't doing nothing about this. He has the best interest of this platform at heart and would solve this problem soon. That I am sure of so let's be patient .

I’m speaking from personal experience, the irony is that my bandwidth is currently at around -120% as of writing this. Instead of constantly refreshing Steemd.com every 5 minutes and getting increasingly frustrated, hypothesising as to when it may or may not be back up and running, I feel like it’s best to just wait.

I figured maybe it was your negative rep but I'm still waiting to recharge mine... I was at over 179 mb, I've vested quite a bit since then, and steemd still shows that my limit is 17 mb.
