It is summer and most of the students are having a difficulty on getting a Job. Money really is a problem here in the Philippines, if you are afraid of interviews and you are this shy type of person, then better do something great or better do something to serve humanity, by this initiation you will realize that conducting/dispatching of passengers is a lot more difficult than the other jobs.
A vehicle driver is very hard, because it is for Unemployed people with no stable income.
Reasons of this initiative
Other reasons why doing this is because we want to experience how hard is to be a conductor/dispatcher on a Jeepney. We will be also experience the heat of the sun, and the pressure given from the passengers for their fares.
What to do
What are we going to do is that will be renting a Jeep/Multicab with @calvinweigel14 & @gecaintristan . this also serves as to help mr @calvinweigel14 on his savings for personal purposes (he has a lot of problems) . As a friend I would definitely love to help him.
The rent of the Multicab will cost around, 500php to 1000php that is 5SBD - 10SBD not to be exact. To help mr @calvinweigel14's initiative, I will only be taking a little part of the earnings. A small amount will be taken for my efforts and the food budget. The gas maintenance will also be taken from the earnings which costs around 300php - 500php a day.
- Lunch/Dinner around 50php
- Water 10php - 20php
- Labor 50php - 100php
"take note that it really depends on the passengers that we can all cater"
Our Route
So based on google maps, the drive will take around 36 minutes with a distance of 13.5 kilometers. Our route will be Lapu-lapu City's Main Public market to Barangay Agus. Minimum fare would go around 6php for students and seniors, 7 for regulars and the maximum fare would go around 15php - 20php. I really don't know on how much would the price be. We will just ask to the public.
We would like to also Analyze the Following
- Should we really modernize our public transportation?
- Insurances and Healthcares for drivers is it really possible?
- How much can a driver earn in just one day?
- Hotspots of Lapu-lapu City

Of course, we will be vlogging/blogging the whole trip back and forth. I really wanted to have this initiative with @gecaintristan 2 years ago. It never happened because there was no action taken, until we met @calvinweigel14 . This is also not possible without steem. With steem we will be able to share our experiences and learnings.
We will be promoting steem, not by letting them join but letting them know/aware that your voice has a worth!
