It is funny how this works. Standing out side a business waiting for my ride and what happens. A lady steps out into the street without looking either way and wham. The lucky lady survives thank God. The story isn't over for me however as the Police had taken my name as a witness.

The first I knew I was going to court was when the lady's Attorney called wanting to know what I was going to say on the stand. Of course I refused to talk to him as I am fully aware how they like to tamper with witnesses. When the guy who was driving the car attorney called I give him the same information. Nothing!

When I was on the witness stand both Attorney's seemed a bit nervous as I had made it clear I wasn't participating in witness tampering. It is my guess that the not knowing what I was going to say is what made the guy's Attorney ask the question.

Needless to say the lady didn't win her suit!
The allegory of the story is this. The truth hurts, but you had better tell the truth cause the guy could be you! That is what the saying 'what goes around comes around' means!
