RE: Join me in flagging @haejin - 46k in ABUSE REWARDS

in #steem7 years ago

It may be because SBD has significantly increased in value and therefore everyone posting activity has increased. The value in $$ at this moment does not matter. I don't think people would be making such a fus if sbd was still at 1USD. It seems to have run everybody mad! People can no longer think clearly.

Sort:

Most people haven't increased their posting rate due to the increase in SBD or STEEM.

Most people, especially those who have been on the platform any length of time, know full well that increasing their posting rate with short content being given huge upvotes by a whale is going to draw attention.

When that whale bought his stake around the same time as the poster, has been dormant and suddenly starts upvoting only one person, it's going to get notice.

The bottom line is if @haejin is okay with getting the huge upvotes, then he needs to be just as okay when another whale disagrees with the accumulated rewards and downvotes them.

Apparently i'm not sure what the guy thinks. It is clear that his reward per post is too high and should be limited (I do not take into consideration the actual usd value of SBD as it is at an arbitrary value at the moment generated from pure hype and speculation). The point here isn't about whether he agrees or not, but the way this matter was handled. Flaggings also damages the rep of a user and has the effect of sensoring him/her based on the weight so it isn't as simple as disagreement on rewards. Clearly people are being sensored for there opinions on this matter. Its disgusting and unprofessional. This can easily scare potential investors away.
