There is a big chance for my bones to re-mineralize itself because of what I am doing now currently and that is by taking Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 respectively. I believe that it would work since the aim is to absorb calcium with my bones and also to prevent further Calcification of my blood vessels and soft tissues with the help of vitamin K2.

I should have done this vitamin D3 intake a long time ago but due to my financial constraints I am unable to really seek more medical help for myself plus the medical guidance that I get is also at fault as I wasn't informed about my true condition and the things that I could face in the future which I am currently managing right now with all my resources including the hope that God would intervene about my health issues.
So now I am not losing hope especially currently that I am doing something different about my bones and hopefully I would succeed about it. With the combination of these said Vitamins along with calcium, phosphate binder, and my Parathyroid medication I am having hope that it would alleviate my joints and bone complaints.
It is just a matter of time now and I would wait for it for some noticeable changes to occur. What I am waiting is maybe skin changes, turning my dry old skin into a smoother and non-flaky unlike currently which is cracked especially on my legs. If that changes then I know that something magnificent is happening.
Maybe alongside that is the alleviation of my joint pains because of re-mineralization of my bones. So in that scenario my bones are healing already and reversing its situation of leaching Calcium into my blood stream. That would mean a balance of calcium-phosphorus is being achieved already so I just have to control or restrict my Phosphorus intake some more with "Renvela", my Phosphate binder.
Together with those things I am including prayers because none of my efforts and hard work will come with fruits if God would not intervene. So these things are just what I am doing to alleviate and improve my condition. Of course there is a possibility that it will not work if my Hyperparathyroidism would continue to defeat the effects of my Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 intake.
But my Parathyroid condition is caused by the alleviation of my Phosphorus levels hence the name of my complication as "Secondary Hyperparathyroidism" which means if the cause is eliminated then I will not get the hyperactivity of my parathyroid gland and in the end things might turn reverse and I would feel better after sometime.
That is now my method that for the meantime I could see which would work and I do hope that it will perform good to my joint and bone issues and if it does I would certainly be freed from further pain and will certainly be happy about it because I had been suffering about this misery of pain, stiffness, and disabilities for so long a time already that I do not know how of feeling normal is already because of constant pain that I am just relieving every once in a while.
I just wanted the pain and stiffness to go away so I can at least taste the life as it should be, free from pain and suffering so I am just requesting everyone to pray for me because miracles does happen still and it may happen again for me in this regard, I am still not losing hope and I am still trusting God about what he can do to turn things around for the better in my life in this rough and turbulent lifetime of mine. May God help me.
