I slept quite relatively late last night because I just make sure that I am having some urge to sleep before I crash to bed, well I am on my bed all the time though. But with the signs of sleepiness like yawning really is the point where I just have to have some shut-eye.
I had a good sleep too judging by the fact that I dreamed and I already had forgotten about it which is good because I know that it is a healthy form of dreaming. Some of the dreams that I had I can remember a bit but this time I complete have no clue what I had dreamed about.

Now I am feeling refreshed and I just hope that this will continue and I am really cherishing it and enjoying it like never before. Sleeping or having the ability to sleep is like new to me because I did suffered insomnia for many years along with anemia and a total inability to eat which is why having this natural gift is making me happy and I do thank God for this as if I was like born yesterday.
Now my plan is to enhance my sleep some more by making my blood healthier because the more ability that your blood is, the more oxygen-carrying capacity is has the more restful sleep that you can get and that is based on my experience when I told my brother to take some iron supplement and he attested to me that it di made his sleep better considering that he was sleeping okay already.

I do not know what and why people that are anemic could not sleep well but maybe it is due to the brain not getting enough oxygen to make it more active because it goes hyperactive during sleep and it cannot do that with a poor oxygen condition. But again you just have to fall asleep first before you dream.
Cutting back on coffee for me worked pretty well as it really enhanced my sleep. It is because I was always drinking coffee all the time before and what it did was I was always having this racing heart issue when I was sleeping and then waking up with like I was chased by rabid dogs and being breathless at the same time. I thought to really cut back on coffee and now i am just enjoying that technique and I am happy about it.

My current Complete Blood Count test showed that I have a very good hemoglobin levels as a dialysis patient so I intend to boost my blood's oxygen-carrying capacity by having an iron therapy and I know that it will enhance my blood health. I should have done it before but now I will just have to do it again now that I have a very nice hemoglobin levels already.
Well it could also make me endure dialysis and probably might have less of that blood pressure crashes as well because of a better oxygenation of my blood. Now it sounds like a good plan for me once again.
