Poloniex STEEM and SBD balances shows up but it is too late

Why do you do this Polo?
Finally after weeks Poloniex STEEM and SBD deposits started showing up, but it is too late to cash in both SBD and STEEM are down almost 10-20% since past week and cashing them will be less than the previous week :(

You gonna wait or sell them ?
