RE: Reject Rejection: Thought For The Day #31 💭✍

in #steem6 years ago

This is such an interesting thought! I like the SWSWSWSW principle, I think it is easy to remember and will certainly help some people. I was definitely at fault for making things more negative in my head, I completely agree with the statement that the situation is not worse after you get rejected, it stays the same. What has helped me in my life though, was asking myself this question "If I knew what a good life I would have in the future, would I be worrying about it at this moment?" And the answer was always no. It made me stop worrying so much about men and career, and I focused more on doing tasks that were important to me, I could go straight to work and was also worried less about rejection, because I believed things were going to get better some day.

Yes, it is an interesting and exciting perspective to have! Negative mindset is a difficult challenge to overcome and improve although it is achievable! Perspective is really important when it comes to worry and anxiety, fatalism is an interesting concept with this. Thank you so much for these great words, I enjoyed hearing your thoughts.
