I'm hoping by the summer... but if it was to happen then I think it would be more tied to a panic in the crypto-space in general. IE... if a panic hits bitcoin or ETH or the bigger ones, then the steem would suffer as a result of people cashing out to protect themselves.
Last summer it was down below $0.50, so there is no reason to believe it is not possible in a panic. In fact, I'm hoping like hell it does happen!
