Ah.. Yes that will work if you already have crypto. I was trying to go from dollars to STEEM.
Also, you should check out Bitshares if you have not already. It is a decentralized exchange on its own blockchain. Amazing stuff and so much better IMHO.

I know bitshares and it has done some serious growth in last few days.
I am basically a crypto trader and checking steemit as crypto based platform. It will be nice to make an identity here as crypto expert.
