What if this Fork just Fixed the Biggest Problem In Steem?

I haven’t followed steem as closely in a year or two but with the price action I am starting to think this fork might have fixed the biggest Two problemS in steem

The biggest problem was uneven distribution of steem(hive power). The steem accounts were not necessarily a problem but the bigger deal was the minnows and dolphins just didn’t have enough critical mass. Their votes didn’t go far enough to elevate the right content. Now that everyone has the opportunity to sell steem and buy hive they can effectively double their power at the expense of steem accounts. This should greatly alter the Gino coefficient of the platform. It’s pretty much a Bastille moment when the monarchies assets are redistributed.

The second biggest problem was more managerial decisions the steem leadership was horrible in prioritizing development. I don’t think this is all their fault - it’s hard to find a genius for a difficult landscape. A wisdom of the crowds approach might be much more effective. As we transition from monarchy to republic hopefully the right projects will be emphasized.

I am more optimistic about steem(hive) than I have been in years!

Liberty equality fraternity!

I agree we are looking much better.

I'm still leary of the idle whale stake, though.
That is a lot of stake to dump.
