    Obesity is a big issue these days, unfortunately affecting kids as well. So often caused by lack of nutrition knowledge and low body consciousness. Promoting food awareness that leads to reality shifts in one's mindset is, sure, something we should all contribute to. And indeed, the video is very sad 😲
