Steem up 5% in last hour while all other top 30's continue to fall - Anyone know why?

Steem has been holding strong all week compared to almost all other cryptocurrencys, today has been no exception. This is the highest Steem price has been in the past 7 days, even if the price corrects, this is a big red flag in the market possibly showing everyone that Steem's community puts down strong buy volume even in a large market-wide downtrend.
