As a part of @esteemapp application team I am happy to go for the London Crypto Currency Show to present eSteem and Steem itself there. This is a blockchain meeting with possibility to gain big investors.
It will be at 14th of April, 2018. @promo-steem is sharing the expo place for us and we are in the process of creating flyers, presentation and other promo material to spread there.
Just spent two days preparing documents for UK Visa. Today I've applied finally. Spent tons of money for that. Russia and UK are in not good relationships now and all the embassies and consulates are going to be closed or already closed here in Russia so I had to apply using agency. They took $1100 for priority applying for two UK tourists visas (standard 6 months). This is without any guarantees for approval and with some possibilities not to have them on time but hopefully everything will be good and we will get them soon. Wish me luck :)
When I am spending a day creating nothing I feel less happiness. Luckily today even with those documents preparations I've found an hour and half in the morning to create this illustration for @good-karma post about the event.
First I had an idea to draw our mascot in the red bus but when I've started to create this I've found out it's not that simple looking for preview and felt there is no air in that composition.
So I've decided to stop it and try again from scratch. Done this Fisherlock Holmes. Started from simple forms and then added lights and shadows here and there with some details.

In a free time I am working on a sticker set for eSteem. It's easy to add new stickers there everytime I do new illustration for the post. So here is another one. It's around 50 there already available for free to use in Telegram.

Will your Visa be ready on time? Where will you come from to London?
Yeah in Russia if you apply waiting for 15 business days (means 3 weeks) then you should pay $130 USD application fee only. But this is if you have time and if you are applying at embassy. All the UK embassies were closed here because of our mister President intentions so we have to apply using visa centeres and they sent our passports to UK right away. So there was fun "services" we've payed for. 130x2 for two visasa, then 75x2 for two "Prime time applications" meaning you are coming in the evening (there were no room left in the morning they said but was looking so surreal all the visa center was actually empty when we came) + we've payed $260x2 for priority applications so they would try to finish everything in just 5 business days but no guarantees there + we've payed additionally $80 just to walk in that center :) haha! We were just laughing there because we had no choice actually.
But I am sure it will be worth it and we will do our best on the Show plus I've never been to London and it's really interesting to visit that place and meet all of you, guys.
